Preserving biodiversity, cultivating excellence

At Domaine de MAYOL, we have chosen an eco-responsible approach to viticulture, where preserving natural balance is at the heart of our practices.

We promote biodiversity by limiting external inputs, maintaining grass-covered areas, and protecting natural habitats.

Our vineyards thrive in harmony with olive trees, fruit trees, truffle oaks, and beehives, forming a rich and sustainable ecosystem.

A commitment to nature and future generations

Aware of the impact of viticulture on the environment, we are dedicated to preserving the ecological balance of the Luberon an area designated as a Regional Natural Park, a biosphere reserve, and a geopark (UNESCO-recognized labels).

By minimizing the use of inputs and encouraging the presence of natural allies, we foster a living, resilient vineyard.

Hedges, meadows, and fruit trees provide essential refuges for wildlife, enriching our terroir. This approach extends to our olive grove, orchards, and truffle oaks, creating a diverse habitat for our beehives.
